She is survived by: her parent Bill Row; her husband Jason of Montezuma; her children, Nicholas Powell and Victoria Powell; her stepdaughter Hailey Sandvos; her mother Ursula Row of Montezuma; her sister Lori Flores (Richard) of Cimarron; and her grandmother Billie Kidd of Fredonia. She is also survived by many aunts, uncles, and cousins.
