With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Richard Boyd of Montezuma, Kansas, born in Dodge City, Kansas, who passed away on January 28, 2024 at the age of 83. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Elton Boyd and Lucille Boyd (Leathers); and his brother Vernon Boyd. He is survived by: his wife Jackie; his daughters, Kathy Holderness (John) of Montezuma and Lisa McCarty (Terry) of Montezuma; his grandchildren, Connor Brooks (Rylie) of Yukon and Colbi Brooks (Saul Miller) of Ellinwood; his great grandchildren, Flynn and Davis Brooks of Yukon, Oklahoma; and his sisters, Barbara Humphreys of Jetmore and Roberta Schmidt of Hoisington. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
