He was predeceased by: his parents, Vivian Koehn and Effie Koehn (Loucks); and his wife Neva Louise Eicher. He is survived by: his son Leonard (Carol Koehn); his daughter-in-law Starla Koehn; his daughters, Karen (Lance Koehn) and Marci (Layne Nichols); his siblings, Elva, Margaret, Weldon, Alton (Judy) and Willard (Diane); and his sister-in-law Janice (Lee Koehn).
