We are sad to announce that on January 4, 2023 we had to say goodbye to Kathryn Schmidt of Montezuma, Kansas. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Eck and Mary Eck (Schmidt); her husband Franklin J. Schmidt; her daughter Carla Denise Schmidt; and her siblings, Susie Engle, Elizabeth Eck, Eva Nightengale, Leona Nusz and Henry Eck.

She is survived by: her sons, Donald Ray Schmidt, Gary Lynn Schmidt (Brenda) and Terrance Jay Schmidt. She is also survived by seven grandchildren; and 11 great grandchildren.

Memorials are suggested to the family in care of the funeral home.
