He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence D. Wadel and Anna Wadel (Schmidt); and his sister-in-law Bonnie Wadel of Bethel Home. He is survived by: his cousins, Eddie and Richard Schmidt; his wife Judy Dirks of Montezuma; his daughters, Sonja (Clark Reimer) of Grifton, Stephanie Koehn of Dalhart and Alison (Todd Schmidt) of Montezuma; his grandchildren, Taylon, Alaina, Corey, Ashlyn, Averee, Connor, Brynley and Greyson; and his siblings, Jim, Sharon Wadel of Bonners Ferry, Carol, Clayton Wedel of Wingo and Willis Wadel of Bethel Home.
