He was predeceased by: his parents, Courtland Claude and Vera Minnie Miller (Newell); his former wives, Joyce Marilyn Cook and Sharlene Lynette Dirks; and his sister Patricia Daily.
He is survived by: his spouse Charly Packard; his children, Teresa Miller of Colorado Springs, Colorado, Gary Miller (Essie) of Central Point, Oregon, Kevin Miller (Michelle) of Garden City and Jerry Miller, Jr. (Elisa) of Garden City; and his brother C. D. Miller of Bonne Terre, Missouri. He is also survived by eight grandchildren; and two great grandchildren.
