He is survived by: his wife Nancy Tucker of Montezuma; his son J. D. (Amber); his grandchildren, Bailey, Katelyn, Kelsi of Rowlett, Wayne (Mandi), Justice and Landri of Hays, Kansas; his daughter Terri Nelson; and his grandchildren, Jordan and Jake of Coppell, Texas..

Memorials are suggested to Gray County EMS or Hospice of the Prairie in care of Swaim Funeral Chapel.
