He is survived by: his parents, Jerry Jantz and Debbie Jantz (Litwiller); his siblings, Blaine of Montezuma, Kansas, Shaun of Montezuma, Kansas and Veronica of Montezuma, Kansas; and his grandmothers, Fern Jantz and Florence Litwiller.
