He is survived by: his mother Donna Foskuhl; his son David Erin Foskuhl of Wichita; his father David Foskuhl; his stepmother Candy Foskuhl of Montezuma; his siblings, June Malin of Newton, Vicki of Enid, Michael Foskuhl (Cadon) of Denver and Richard Foskuhl (Amanda) of Montezuma; and his stepsister Devin Werner (Chris) of Cimarron.
