She was predeceased by: her siblings, Frank Hey, William Hey, Ethel Simpson and Bea Harrison; and her grandchildren, Nathanial Russell and Alissa Russell.
She is survived by: her parents, Frank Hey and Dorothy Hey (Corle); her spouse Gerald Cook; her daughters, Connie Vaden, Alan Bryant of Arkansas City, Barbara Stafford (Greg) of Katy, TX and Debra Tousley (Ernest) of Howard; her siblings, Merle Hey (Connie) of Moline, Pearl Williams of Moline, Lena Ouellet of Longton and Linda High of Moline; her grandchildren, Jennifer Rhodes (Jarod) of Ponca City, OK, Christian Vaden of Arkansas City and Timothy Keller of Canyon Lake, TX; and her great grandchildren, Kaden, Bella and Khalyssa.
In lieu of flowers the family suggest memorial donations in Wanda's name be made to the Chester Fund.
