He is survived by: his siblings, Carl Perkins (Susan) of Bellingham, WA, Randy Perkins (Angie) of Winfield, KS, Steve Perkins of Douglass, KS, Max Perkins (Linda) of Ark City, KS, Tracy McDonald (Jim) of Ark City, KS, Sharon Wagner of Howard, KS and Carol Perkins (Ned Meyer) of Overland Park, KS. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
