He was predeceased by: his parents, Jerome Smith and Betty Smith (Stubbs). He is survived by: his wife Vivian Smith (Brunn); his children, Danielle Dodds (Kent) of Andover, Jason Smith (Sarah) of Whitewater and Nathan Smith of Derby; his grandchildren, WIlliam Smith, Darron Amon, Amanda Dodds, Toby Smith, Jason Smith Jr. and Cody Smith; and his brothers, Jerome of Tucson, AZ and Larry of Mill Creek, WA..
