He was predeceased by: his parents, Lester James Leaming and Myrtle Alice Leaming (LaCrone); his wife Jean A. Moore; and his brothers, Gene (Evelyn) and Ralph (Gracie).
He is survived by: his grandchildren, Tina Branine-Bender (Chad) of Olathe and Geoff Branine (Robin) of Louisburg; his great grandchildren, Braden and Ashley Branine of Louisburg; and his siblings, Cleo Long (Dick), Clara Slavin (Joe), Leta Volden (Dale), Emma Lou Holdeman (Bruce Cavender), Hazel Filbeck (Ike), Iva Jean and Robert.
