He was predeceased by: his parents, Chester Elroy and Mildred Lilly Spencer (Barber); and his sister Carol Davis. He is survived by: his wife Elsie Beckwith; his daughters, Shannon Wittig and Sharon Moore (Robert); his sisters, Karen Rhodes (Terry) and Sherry Schweitzer; his grandchildren, Misty Dawn Wittig, Mindy Wittig, Dalton Wittig, David Stark, Carly Peach (Matt), Caylee Stark, Christie Rossouw (Clinton) and Catie Chamagua (Gino); and his great grandchild Amelia Peach. He is also survived by his wife, daughters, grandchildren and other family members.
