He is survived by: his former wife Tammy Jean (Arnold) of Jetmore, Kansas.; his children, Tosha (Chris) of Great Bend, Amber Lee (Dan) of Colorado Springs, Nicholas, Bart and Herschel of Kansas City; his brothers, Tom (Lisa) of Minneola, Bob of Minneola and Chuck of Minneola; his son Nick (Lauren) of Wichita; his stepdaughters, Anjul, Samantha and Rachel; and his grandchildren, Aden, Brayden, Zeth, Tobin, Landan, Carter, Jace, Alexis and Cora. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
