Briggs of Minneapolis, Kansas, born in Ottawa, Kansas, who passed away on May 28, 2020, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Helen Walmsley Briggs and Edward Paul Briggs; and his brother Carmen. He is survived by: his wife Ruth Marie Kohr; and his children, David (Carla), Bradley (Lori), Andrew (Lori) and Cynthia (Mauricio). He is also survived by eight grandchildren with one great grandchild.
