He is survived by: his daughter Carey Casper (David); his grandchildren, Levi Walters (Brooke Campbell) and Casey Patton (Cody); his stepgrandson Cole Casper; and his great grandchildren, Mavery, Hunter, Parklynn and Waylynn.
