With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Mildred Pauline Ruff of Minneapolis, Kansas, born in Tonganoxie, Kansas, who passed away on September 15, 2021 at the age of 80. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, John Kraus and Lillian Kraus (Mason); her brothers, John, Gene, Donnie and Roy Kraus; and her grandchildren, Patrick Hoffines and April Ruff.
She is survived by: her children, David Ruff of Prairie Grove, AR, Danny Ruff of Ozawkie, KS, Gayle Hoffines of Minneapolis, KS, Pat Calovich of Oskaloosa, KS, Paula Crook of Thayer, MO and Teresa Ellis of McLouth, KS; her stepchildren, Joe Ruff of Lawrence, KS, John Ruff of Eudora, KS, Tommy Ruff of Lawrence, KS, Ruby Chapman of Lawrence, KS and Ann Morrison of Lawrence, KS; and her siblings, Carl Kraus of Moundsville, MO and Thelma Bryant of Winchester, KS. She is also survived by 18 grandchildren; and 26 great-grandchildren.
