He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth Hoover and F. Elizabeth Hoover Powell (Isles). He is survived by: his wife Cathy Hoover (Jones); his daughters, Karma Hensley (Len) of Waynesville, NC and Calissa (Ben Marken) of Salina; his brothers, Thomas Hoover of Manhattan and Robert Hoover (Janet) of Topeka; his grandchildren, Bethany Lehman of Colorado Springs, CO, Katelyn Hensley of Canton, NC, Riott and Rebel Marken of Salina; his mother-in-law Melba Kindall Jones Bruce of Minneapolis; and his siblings-in-law, Kevin Jones (Tammy) of Belton, MO, Mick Jones (Teresa) of Minneapolis and Jodi Jones of Idaho City, ID. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and friends.
