She was predeceased by: her husband Adrian A. Lapka; and her father John R. Morris. She is survived by: her mother Caroll Morris of Marquette, Kansas; her brother John Morris of Denver, Colorado; and her stepchildren, Carlo (Alicia Lapka) of Frisco, Texas and Erika Lapka of Miami, Texas. She is also survived by 7 grandchildren, and 3 great grandchildren.
