He was predeceased by: his wife Ethel; his son-in-law Blaine Cleveland; and his brother Dale Knox. He is survived by: his daughters, Deb Burt (Norman), Penny Monroe (Mike) and Bev Cleveland; his sister Sharon Knox; and his sister-in-law Renata Knox. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
