He was predeceased by: his daughter Jacqueline; and his siblings, Bennie, Darlene Smithhart and Kay Hill. He is survived by: his children, Joleen Blake (Jon) of Joyce Smith, Bob Bergman (Joella) and Jill Shatto (Darren); and his brother Haerle Bergman (Helen). He is also survived by 12 grandchildren; and 26 great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Ottawa County Fire District #2 and may left in care of Wilson Family Funeral Home, P.O. Box 166, Minneapolis, KS 67467.
