He was predeceased by: his siblings, Harold, Bennie, Darlene and Kay. He is survived by: his wife Helen Kibler; and his children, Pat Rice (Allen) and Dave Bergman (Lori). He is also survived by three grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the funeral home to offset expenses.
