He was predeceased by: his parents, Guilford and Frieda of Gaylord; his sisters, Juanita LeiVan of Osborne and Nadine Giese of Smith Center; and his former wife Cindy Frank of Minneapolis.
He is survived by: his former wife Julia Frank of Salina; his sons, Monti Frank (Vicki) of Salina, Eric Frank (CJ) of Salina and Dugan Frank (Pam) of Wichita; and his stepdaughter Desiree Runquist of Wichita. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren, and 9 great grandchildren.
