She was predeceased by: her parents, Gary Smith and Mary Jo Smith (Pitlick); and her son David McDuffee. She is survived by: her husband Lance; her children, Elizabeth, Rebecca McDuffee and Curtis Johnson; and her siblings, Allen Smith (Patty) and Nancy Ringer (Scott).
