She was predeceased by: her parents, Louie Collins and Rama Collins (Slater); and her siblings, Lucille Hazlett and Elmer Collins. She is survived by: her husband LeRoy Gawith; her children, Jim Gawith (Kay) of Minneapolis and Joni Crosson (Curtis) of Hutchinson; and her grandchildren, Lezlie McKinney (Damon) of Minneapolis, Aimee Trout (T. J.) of Minneapolis, Aricca Wallace (Matthew) of Manhattan, Monicca King (Robert) of Manhattan, Tara Young (Beauyett) of Manhattan and Jayme Gawith (Dari) of Andover. She is also survived by six great-grandsons; six great-granddaughters; and one great-great grandson; and many nieces and nephews.
Due to Covid-19, a private Mass of Christian Burial will be at 2:00 P. M., Thursday, August 20 at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church, Minneapolis.
