It is with great sadness that we announce the death of William Smoot (Miltonvale, Kansas), born in Glasco, Kansas, who passed away on April 14, 2019, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Marion Abner and Gertrude Eloise Smoot (Howe); and his wife Darlene LaVoie.
