He was predeceased by: his parents, George Taylor of Washington and Myrtle Sophie Taylor (Lindquist); and his brothers, Chester, Warren and Larry Taylor (Elsie).

He is survived by: his child Kevan Todd Taylor of Colby; his wife Elsie Malik; his children, Pam Harder (Kent) of Minneapolis and Richie Taylor of Oak Hill; his grandchildren, Tiffany Speaks (Brett) of Prairie Village, Brandon Harder of Minneapolis and Torey Taylor (Tera) of Shawnee; and his great grandchildren, Ryan Harder, Bradley Speaks and Kate Speaks.
