She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parent Sidney Charles; her husband Charles F. Hoard; her mother Mabel Rupert; her grandchildren, Rachel Calvert and Steve Hoard; her sister Ruby; her children, Calvin Burke (Lena), Sharon Noon (Wilbur), Andy Hoard, Sharlene Calvert (Rick) and Timothy Hoard (Diane); her stepchildren, Dennis Hoard (Carolyn), Judy Scanlon (Tom), Janet May and Joanne Piatz (Mike); and her siblings, Floyd Rupert and Veda Beaver.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be given to the Homestead House and may be mailed to Wilson Family Funeral Home, P.O. Box 166, Minneapolis, KS 67467.
