He was predeceased by: his parents, Ray Head and Doris Head (Wieble) of Leonardville, KS.; his sister Bonnie Kidd; and his son David Charles Head. He is survived by: his wife Shari Head (Johnson) of Manhattan, KS. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
