She was predeceased by: her parents, Lawrence Fay and Dorothy Waters (Denver); her husband Carl Hale; and her siblings, Josephine, Lawrence and Dale.
She is survived by: her daughter Traci Hale-Johnson (Steve); her granddaughter Alexandria; her son Douglas (Angela); her grandson Nickolas; her sons, Greg (Malisa), Austin and Gabe; her sister-in-law Noreen Steele (David) of Evart; and her nieces and nephews, Sandy (Ken), Shirley, Jeff, Brian (Lisa), Eric (Annette), Carrie (Ray) and Robert (Marilyn).
In lieu of flowers, those desiring may make a memorial contribution to the American Cancer Society, the Alzheimer's Association, or the MSU Development Fund.
