We are sad to announce that on July 14, 2023, Michael E. Overbay of Milford, Kansas passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Tom Overbay and Bertha Overbay (Hooten); his children, Tori Overbay and David Overbay; and his brothers, Charlie and Joe Overbay.

He is survived by: his wife Janet; his daughters, Lori Harris of Overland Park and Kelly Ullmer (Scott) of Burlingame, Kansas; his siblings, Pearl Scroggins (Larry) of Florida and Tom Overbay (Linda) of Laurenceville, Illinois; his grandchildren, Amber, Tyler, Shelby, Kayela, Matthew and Michael; and his great grandchildren, Emilio and Camden. He is also survived by nephews, nieces, family and friends.
