He is survived by: his father Frank Oliver Ford Sr. of Goshen, NY; his son Frank Raymond Ford (Rachael) of Middletown, NY; his sisters, Melody DeBlock (Thomas) of New Hampton, NY and Julie Vavricka (Jess) of Westtown, NY; his former wife Joyce Ford; his nieces and nephews, Jesse, Jake, Lindsey and Jill; his great-nieces, Adeline, Charlotte and Alexia; his aunts, Lois Schwab and Mary Ellen Calta; and also Debra McDonald.
