He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Leo T. Casey Jr., Mary Patricia Casey (Lynch), Freddie Thompson and Jeannie Thompson (Stone). He is survived by: his parents, Frieda Casey (Thompson) of Overland Park and Mike Casey; his close friends, Ryan and Kristen Burroughs; his wife Mary Casey (Hoeller) of Merriam; his sister Megan Casey of Overland Park; and also, Doug and Elaine Hoffman. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles and cousins.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations in Tom's memory to the Cholangiocarcinoma Foundation, 5526 W. 13400 South #510, Herriman, Utah 84096. The foundation helps people who suffer from bile duct cancer.
