It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Merle Ellis Hammer (Merriam, Kansas), who passed away on May 24, 2018, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his wife Roberta. He is survived by: his children, Doug Hammer of Kansas City, KS, Kelly Cusic of Topeka, KS, Kyle Hammer of Merriam, KS and Devon Hammer of Merriam, KS; and his grandchildren, Kylene Hammer, Kathy Hammer, Kristine Hammer, Kailyn Hammer and Wade Lee Johnson II. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial donations be made to City Union Mission.
