He was predeceased by: his parents, Jackie Wallace and Norma Jean Wallace (Beeson); his sister Sherri; his brother-in-law Greg Spillman; and his siblings, Jacqueline Allen and Jackie Dean Wallace.

He is survived by: his close friend Pam Flake of Grain Valley, MO; his nieces and nephews, Randy Spillman (Rye Spillman) of Kansas City, MO, Mark Spillman of Lone Jack, Rebecca Spillman of Lone Jack, MO and Brenna Allen of Boliver, MO; his great-niece Arianna Hilden; his stepmother Florence Wallace of Richmond, MO; and his brother-in-law Dennis Allen of Moundville, MO..

In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made to Church of the Resurrection East in Blue Springs, MO.
