He is survived by: his wife Michelle; his children, Zach, Maddie (Jake) and Kenzie (Drew); his mother Barb; his stepfather Bill; his brother Chris (Traci); his in-laws, Barb and Bob; his siblings-in-law, Chris and Beth; his nephew Andrew; and his nieces, Kaylin, Savannah and Emersyn. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, and cousins.

In lieu of flowers, the family welcomes donations to assist with medical bills and expenses during this difficult time.
