He was predeceased by: his parents, Anthony Fratzel and Norma Rae Hunter. He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Fratzel; his daughters, Chelle Fratzel and Kym Singmaster (Marty Ramsden); his siblings, Frank Fratzel (Patty), Kena Parker (Dale) and Doris Fratzel; his grandchildren, KC Singmaster and Ashley Goldberg; and his great grandchild Emersyn Singmaster.
A burial will be held on Friday, April 25th 2025 at 9:00 AM at the Leavenworth National Cemetery (150 Muncie Rd, Leavenworth, KS 66048). A celebration of life will be held on Friday, April 25th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Kansas Speedway Conference Center (400 Speedway Blvd, Bonner Springs, KS 66012).
