It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Fred A Lockard (Merriam, Kansas), born in Waterloo, Iowa, who passed away on July 1, 2021, at the age of 68, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Roger Lockard and Mary Alice Lockard; his siblings, Leasa Magee and Bert Lockard; his wife Connie; his siblings, Roget Lockard (Susan), Lyn Weatherly (Jay) and Leo Lockard (Brenda); his children, Lori Lyn Lockard, Randall Lockard and Eric Speer (Melody); and his granddaughter Shelby Speer. He was also cherished by father to his children.
