She is survived by: her children, Nicole Hazelton (David) of Wasilla, AK, Alexa Surritt (Andy) of Meriden, KS and Joe Adams; her stepsister Jackie Quiett of Perry, KS; her grandchildren, Tiffany Cardenas (Eli), Zachary Surritt, Wyatt Surritt, Ryder Surritt, Jesse Hazelton, Rylie Hazelton and Teagan; and her great grandchild Charlie Cardenas.
