He was predeceased by: his siblings, Paul, Justin and Rita; and his son-in-law Raymond Tannahill. He is survived by: his parents, John McGarity and Ida Weisner McGarity; his spouses, Jane Sester April and Jane McGarity; his children, Albert Clark (Debbie) of Shawnee Mission, KS, Michael McGarity (Barbara) of Winchester, KS, Patrick McGarity (Lisa) of Meriden, Rebecca Hernandez of Holton, Angela Casey (Michael) of Meriden and Stacey Best (Ryan) of Olathe, KS; and his brother Kenneth McGarity of Topeka. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren, two step grandchildren; 14 great grandchildren and six step great grandchildren.
