She was predeceased by: her parents, Carl E. Laird (Andy) and Betty Laird (June). She is survived by: her husband Rodger E. Winters; her children, Paul Winters and Kimberly Parker; her granddaughters, Ashley Humiston and Jordan Parker; her grandsons-in-law, Jason Garwood and Matthew Krogman; and her great grandchildren, Kynleigh, Karsyn, Jaxon, Rylee, Harper, Kyndall and Jordan. She is also survived by her family, friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the Salina Animal Shelter, honoring Linnie's lifelong passion and dedication.
