She is survived by: her mother Dorothy Rose Laird Chambers of Leawood, KS; her husband William Aaron "Bill" Cook; her children, Aaron Cook (Lisa) and Jennifer Ellet (Tim) of McPherson, KS; her siblings, Joel Chambers (Linda) of Waynesville, N. C. and Jean Ann Petz (Ken) of Olathe, KS; and her grandchildren, Jordan Cook, Ashley Cook, Emma Ellet and Kari Dilts (Bobby).
