He was predeceased by: his parents, Larry Lewis and Marlene Disney Lewis; his sister Janice; and his father-in-law Bob. He is survived by: his wife Laura Lewis of Meriden; his children, Eric Lewis (Samantha) of Grantville and Kristi McCall (Harold) of Topeka; his sister Maureen Weatherby; and his grandchildren, Cheyenne, Kaylee of Chase, H. D., Cassie, Keegan, Bonnie and Hattie.
