It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Barbara J. Martin of Meriden, Kansas, who passed away on January 9, 2025, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Albert Sieve and Phyllis Edith Sieve (Offergeld); and her siblings, Ann O'Shea and Mike Sieve. She is survived by: her husband Glen Dee Martin; her children, Jeanette Boucher (Dean) of Topeka, KS, Bryan Martin of Meriden, KS and Micheal Martin of Pueblo, CO; and her siblings, Mary Cozadd (Jack) of Meriden, KS, Geraldine Sieve of Mayetta, KS, Lorraine Herring of Lawrence, KS, Theresa Massey (Doug) of Meriden, KS, Don Sieve (Sharon) of San Antonio, TX, Pat Sieve (Julie) of Valley Falls, KS, Mark Sieve (Edie) of Topeka, KS and Tim Sieve (Mindy) of Topeka, KS. She is also survived by 8 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren.
A rosary was held on Tuesday, January 14th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 10:30 AM at the St. Aloysius Catholic Church (615 E Wyandotte St, Meriden, KS 66512). A Mass was held on Tuesday, January 14th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the same location.
