She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Lawrence and Esther Ellen Martin (Davis); her former husband Charles Mearl Kain; her husband Phillip Lee Murphy; her children, David L. Kain, Carol R. Kain and Velma "Arlene" Nuekirch; her siblings, Lawrence Martin, Lloyd Martin, Charles Martin, Elsie Wells, Ruth Brown, Mildred Martin, Marjorie Colburn and Betty Kaup; her stepson James Murphy; her grandchildren, Cindy Crawford and Kamie Kain; and her great great grandchild Dawson.
She is survived by: her daughter Sharon Varner (Doug) of El Dorado; her siblings, Paul Martin (Carolyn) of Wichita, Billie Martin (Linda) of Liberal, Marilyn Olomon of St. Mary's, GA and Miriam Bradford of Wichita; and her stepchildren, Juanita Williams of Kingman and Lee Bonnewell (Mary Beth) of Andover.
