He was predeceased by: his parents, William C. Krug and Stella Krug (Falk); and his sisters, Geneva Brim and Naomi Pontius. He is survived by: his nieces and nephews, Lenore Brim Chambers (Dennis), Karen Brim Elliott, Charles Pontius, Kenneth "Keal" Pontius, Katherine Pontius Mollett (John), Sherri Pontius Rankin, Vicki Pontius Denton (Alan) and Christine Pontius McCoole (Shawn).
