He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph R. Rinke and Gertrude Rinke (Rausch); and his wife Charlene Ann Rinke (Fischer). He is survived by: his children, Kimberly Allen (Steve) of Haysville, KS, Bryon Rinke (Max Thompson) of Winfield, KS, Andrew Rinke of Hoisington, KS and Stephanie Skiles (Rex) of Eldon, MO; his grandchildren, Matt Allen (Amy), Courtney Allen, Kaitlyn Longbine (Patrick), Jacob Skiles (Courtney), Mallory Leiker (Andrew) and Morgan Barklage (Cody); and his great grandchildren, Madison, Mason, Matthew Allen, Kash, Brooks Longbine, Avery, Laurel Skiles, Olivia, Ethan, Ian Leiker and Truman Barklage.
