He is survived by: his significant other Debbie Randle of Medicine Lodge, KS; his children, Kialee Bender of Verdigris, OK, Terrance Underwood (Helen) of Oceanside, CA and Victoria Walz of Verdigris, OK; his grandchildren, Kyle Hickmon, Aliano Terrell Underwood, Aliyus Underwood, Jaylynn Underwood, Augustine Lopez, Emily Lopez, Chance Bender, Kaydence Bender, Mayzee Bender and Kennedy Walz; his great grandchild Kashtyn Bender; and his siblings, Vicki Underwood of Wichita, KS, Ernest Underwood (Mikki) of Park City, KS, Howard Underwood of Wichita, KS and Nikki Underwood Pearson (Donald) of Wichita, KS. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews and extended family.
