She was predeceased by: her father Shane Lesley. She is survived by: her mother Jill M. Evans-Lesley of Medicine Lodge, KS; her sister Natasha Rae Evans of Medicine Lodge, KS; and her grandparents, Ronnie, Nicki Lesley of Tecumseh, OK, Juanita Lesley of Pratt, KS, John and Edna Evans of Isabel, KS. She is also survived by Several aunts, uncles, and cousins.
